These are some tips for all those who are setting up their Home Theater for the first time.
- Wire your speakers correctly – The connectors usually at the back of the receivers are color coded. You should have any problems connecting them. Red is (+, positive), Black is (-, negative).
- Use the right cables – if your component such as DVD players or Cable Box comes with a cable, USE THEM. People think that if it looks like a regular AV cable any AV cable will work fine. Cables that go with the component are designed or built specially for it.
- Speaker Setup – Bass should always be right at the center of the Left and Right Speakers. Surround Speakers are placed on the ceiling around the room.
